Description
PickPair is a WooCommerce plugin that shows customers relevant extra products at each step of the purchase. You can create Frequently Bought Together bundles on product pages, upsells and cross-sells in the cart, order bumps at checkout, and post-purchase offers on the Thank You page, all from one plugin and without writing code.
A customer buying a phone rarely thinks to add a case or charger on their own. They need to be shown it. PickPair lets you set up those offers once and display them automatically on the product page, in the cart, at checkout, and after the order is placed.
PickPair has a free version and Pro plans. See the pricing page for what each includes, or browse the full feature list.
Problems it helps with
- Customers buy a single item and leave, even when related products would suit them.
- WooCommerce’s default related products are not targeted to a customer, a cart, or a campaign.
- Bundles, cart offers, and order bumps often need separate plugins.
- Getting a customer to come back takes extra marketing effort.
- It is hard to tell which offers actually earn extra revenue.
Offer types
Each offer is set up as a campaign with its own rules, so you can decide which products, customers, and pages it applies to.
Frequently Bought Together bundles and related products
Shown on the product page. A simple box lists matching products, customers tick the items they want, and everything is added to the cart with one click, at a bundle price if you have set one. You choose exactly which products are shown together, and you can stop a bundle from being purchased if one of its items is out of stock. Example: a phone offered with a case and a charger.
Product bundles
Group products into a bundle and price it with a percentage discount, a fixed amount off, or one flat bundle price. This suits clear “buy these together and save” offers. Example: a face wash and a cream sold together at a set price.
Product and Cart Add-ons
Let customers add extras, such as gift wrapping or a warranty, with a single click. Product Add-ons apply to one product, and Cart Add-ons apply to the whole cart. Add-on discounts follow your sale price or regular price setting. Example: a gift-wrap option for the entire order.
Cart upsells and cross-sells
Recommend products inside the cart, when the customer has already shown buying intent and adding one more item is easy. Combine them with rules, such as showing an offer only when the cart total is above a certain amount. Example: a matching belt suggested in the cart with a jacket.
Checkout order bumps
A one-click extra shown right before payment, such as fast shipping, gift wrap, or a warranty. Example: an extended warranty offered next to the payment section for an electronics order.
Pop-up offers
Shows an offer the moment a product is added to the cart, while the customer is still deciding what else to buy. Example: treats suggested when pet food is added to the cart.
Post-purchase offers
Shows a special offer on the Thank You page right after checkout, once the order is already placed. Example: a workbook or extra lesson offered after a course purchase.
Free shipping bar
A free shipping bar in the cart nudges customers to add more items to reach a bigger order.
Next Order Coupon
Sends a discount for the customer’s next purchase automatically, to encourage repeat orders. You control the expiry date, colors, and conditions. Example: a coupon that expires in 30 days after a first order.
Offers are added to the cart without reloading the page, and every offer type can use the targeting rules described below.
How Frequently Bought Together works
- A customer opens a product page.
- PickPair shows products that go well with it.
- The customer ticks the ones they want.
- All selected products are added to the cart together with one click, at the bundle price if you have set one.
Discounts and pricing
- Give a percentage discount, a fixed amount off, or a single bundle price.
- For Frequently Bought Together bundles, choose whether the discount applies to the trigger products, the add-on products, or both.
- Choose whether offer prices use the sale price or the regular price.
- Stop a bundle from being purchased when one of its items is out of stock.
- Multi-currency support is included for supported currency conversion plugins.
Targeting and rules
Choose where, when, and to whom each offer appears:
- Specific products or categories.
- Carts above a certain total.
- Logged-in customers, guests, or specific customer types.
- Repeat customers who have ordered before.
- The position of the offer on the page, such as above or below other content.
Reports
The reports page shows how each offer performs:
- Extra revenue earned by each offer.
- Views and clicks per campaign.
- How many customers bought because of an offer.
- A searchable, filterable list of every offer you are running.
Compatibility and performance
- Works with both the classic WooCommerce cart and checkout pages and the WooCommerce Cart & Checkout Blocks.
- Loads only on pages where an offer is displayed.
- Responsive on phones, tablets, and desktops.
- Designed to work with caching plugins such as WP Rocket and LiteSpeed Cache.
Who it is for
- WooCommerce store owners selling physical or digital products who want to raise average order value without adding code.
- Agencies and freelancers who build WooCommerce stores for clients and want one plugin for bundles, upsells, and order bumps.
Example use cases
- Electronics store. Customers buy a phone without accessories. Show a Frequently Bought Together bundle with a case and charger on the product page, and offer a warranty as a checkout order bump.
- Clothing store. A shopper adds a jacket to the cart. Use a cart upsell to suggest a matching belt or bag.
- Beauty store. Customers buy a single product. Bundle a face wash and a cream at a discounted price.
- Pet store. Someone buys pet food. Suggest toys or treats in a pop-up offer when the food is added to the cart.
- Online course store. A customer completes checkout. Show a Thank You page offer for a workbook or an extra lesson.
- Returning customers. After an order, send a Next Order Coupon with an expiry date to encourage a second purchase.
Privacy
PickPair uses your WooCommerce store’s existing data to decide which offers to show. Depending on your rules, it may check the products in the cart, the cart total, whether the customer is logged in, and whether they have ordered before.
The reports page records views, clicks, and sales for each offer. Next Order Coupon creates a coupon for a customer’s next purchase after they place an order.
You are responsible for your store’s privacy policy and for meeting the privacy laws that apply to you.
