Every published, in-stock and not excluded simple product is added to the feed, starting from the one published earliest, so the order of the list does not change from one generation to the next.

Support for Árukereső, Árgép and Olcsobbat.hu
Each of the three services gets its own feed. The feeds are produced as static XML files and their addresses can be copied from the settings page.

Scheduled XML file generation
The product list is built in the background on a schedule, not at the moment the price comparison site starts its synchronisation. If a run is interrupted, the next one continues from where it stopped, so there is no timeout even with a larger catalogue.

Manual XML file generation
Generation can also be started by hand from the settings page, and its progress can be followed while it runs.

Stock monitoring
If a product is out of stock, it is not added to the list.

Option to exclude products
Products can be excluded by hand one at a time on the product page, in bulk from the product list, or for a whole product category. Every product can also be excluded by default, after which the appropriate ones can be enabled one by one.

Excluded products page
A separate page in the Árukereső menu lists the products left out of the feed and shows the reason for each one: the product is hidden by hand, it is not enabled for the feed, it is out of stock, or it is in a hidden category. The list can be filtered by reason.

Feed membership shown in the product list
The admin product list shows whether a product is added to the feed, and the list can be sorted by that.

Support for additional product data
For every product you can fill in the fields that belong to the Árukereső cart program (warranty, EAN code, manufacturer, colour and so on).

Default delivery time and cost
A default delivery cost and delivery time can be given, and both can be overridden on individual products.

Email notifications
You get a notification if the feed generation fails, if the feed becomes stale, or if suddenly fewer products are added to it.

Trusted Shop, VAT mode, UTM parameters, WPML and HPOS support

External service

The basic operation of the plugin (producing the XML feed) sends no data out of the webshop: the files are created on your own hosting and the price comparison sites download them. The Trusted Shop (Megbízható bolt) feature, however, uses a service of Árukereső (Árukereső.hu Kft., arukereso.hu), so the following is worth knowing about it.

The feature is switched off by default. It only starts working if you enter your Árukereső Web API key on the Árukereső → Trusted Shop page.

What happens when it is switched on. After a successful order the thank you page does the following:

The server of the webshop sends an HTTPS POST request to
https://www.arukereso.hu/t2/TokenRequest.php
. The request contains your Árukereső Web API key, the billing e-mail address of the customer and the names of the ordered items. The embedded code below is assembled with the identifier (token) returned in the answer.

The browser of the customer loads the
https://assets.arukereso.com/aku.min.js
script and, with the token above, calls
https://www.arukereso.hu/t2/TrustedShop.php
. On that basis Árukereső sends the customer a request to rate the shop.

The rating widget code that can be entered on the Árukereső → Trusted Shop page is placed in the footer of the page by the plugin without any change; that code also communicates with arukereso.hu.

Because the feature passes a personal detail of the customer (e-mail address) to a third party, read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of Árukereső before switching it on, and extend the privacy policy of your own webshop accordingly:

Service provider: Árukereső.hu Kft., https://www.arukereso.hu/

Terms and conditions of the service: https://www.arukereso.hu/static/felhasznalasi_feltetelek.html

Privacy policy: https://www.arukereso.hu/static/adatvedelem.html

Terms and conditions of the Trusted Shop (Megbízható bolt) program: https://www.arukereso.hu/static/trusted_terms_and_conditions.html

The documents are written in Hungarian, like the service itself.

Separately purchasable plugin

Árukereső for WooCommerce Premium is a standalone plugin, purchasable at bitron.hu, which can do the following:

Export of variable, grouped and external products. Árukereső requires every product to have its own link and name, therefore for a variable product the product attributes are added to the product name as well (for example T-shirt, red, XL).

Attribute mapping. The WooCommerce attributes created for the products can be mapped to the fields Árukereső expects (manufacturer, EAN code, warranty, product number, colour), so these do not have to be filled in by hand product by product.

Árukereső Marketplace. Marketplace orders are added to WooCommerce, and the order statuses are synchronised back.

Details and purchase: https://bitron.hu/arukereso-for-woocommerce/

Upload the plugin folder to the WordPress
/wp-content/plugins/
directory (or install it from the plugin directory).

On the Plugins page activate the "Árukereső for WooCommerce" plugin (WooCommerce must be active).

Open the Árukereső menu item on the dashboard and set the parameters of the feed.

Enter the XML feed URLs shown on the settings page into the admin interface of Árukereső / Árgép / Olcsóbbat.

Why is not every product of mine added to the feed?

The plugin exports simple products, no other product type.
