This can be found in the [Comapi portal](https://portal.comapi.com) in the **Platform Configuration**- > **API SPace Details** menu option. Install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly, or upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/plugin-name` directory, from [here](https://github.com/comapi/comapi-wordpress-plugin/blob/master/comapi_webchat.zip) 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** screen in WordPress 3. Open the **Settings** -> **Comapi Webchat Settings** to configure the plugin 4. In the **API Space** field copy in the API Space id GUID which can be found in the [Comapi portal](https://portal.comapi.com) in the **Platform Configuration**- > **API Space Details** menu option 5.
